The Molecular Basis of Immune and Cancer cells Regulation by Ion Channels
Projects in the lab include:
1. Identification of the molecular determinants governing the regulation of Ca2+-activated chloride channels.
2. Elucidation of the molecular rearrangements and architecture of membrane-embedded, ion conductive channels, at atomic resolution.
3. Exploration of the functional expression and physiological significance of channels for immune cells activation and cellular proliferation.
4. Reconstitution of multimolecular complexes.
